The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. The location was excellent, right next to the ski slopes and in close proximity to the village. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and snacks that were provided for our anniversary celebration.

Loved our stay, especially the pool area. I stayed at the hotel in the winter for two nights and had a deluxe room. The view from the room overlooking the Mill Pond and the Village was incredible. The room was comfortable and clean, with a fireplace and a well-stocked kitchenette. The kitchenette was a lifesaver as we brought our own snacks to save on food costs. The free wifi was decently fast and the staff at check-in were friendly. The highlight of our stay was definitely the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Swimming outside surrounded by snow was a luxurious experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of everything in the village. I was able to explore all the shops and restaurants, and even had a relaxing stroll down the mountain. The hotel itself was extremely clean and spacious, with breathtaking views of the mountains from my room on the fifth floor. The staff was amazing, from the friendly and professional concierge to the helpful front desk. They even offered to charge my phone when I needed it. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pools, were great for my kids, although they did wish there were slides. the cleanliness, convenient location, and exceptional staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

Great views from the room, with a nice view of the hill. the staff were friendly and accommodating, delivering a playpen upon check-in. the room had useful amenities like dishes and a kettle, which came in handy. the breakfast at the restaurant was good, although the server reminded us twice that her tip wasn't included, which we were already aware of.

The mattress was too soft, resulting in an uncomfortable sleep. the room felt a bit overpriced for its size.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better, right across the pond and a short walk to all the activities in the village. We were able to easily explore the mountain and the surrounding area thanks to the bus stop right in front of the property. The staff, from the valet to the bellman to the manager, provided exceptional service from check-in to check-out. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request.

We highly recommend this hotel to all. The customer service, amenities, and location make it a perfect choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

our stay at westin in blue mountains was beyond amazing. from the spacious two bedroom suite with a nice view to the polite and helpful staff, everything was perfect. the location and cleanliness of the hotel were great too. it truly exceeded our expectations for a birthday celebration.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on the fifth floor provided us with a stunning view of the mountains from the public areas. The service, from the valet to the bellman to the manager, was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we could ask for, including a kitchenette and a comfortable sitting area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, as well as the sun terrace with its sun loungers. The staff made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.

While the swimming pools were enjoyable for the kids, it would have been even better if there were slides available. However, overall, this hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The service at The Westin was exceptional. When I requested a room with a balcony, they quickly accommodated my request and helped me move my belongings. I also appreciated that the cleaning staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. The amenities at the hotel were fantastic, including the outdoor hot tub, heated pool, sauna, gym. Additionally, the location of the hotel in the village was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and other attractions. The hotel also offered complimentary hot chocolate, apple cider, and even had balloon animals for the kids, which was a nice touch. The dream walk in the evening was a beautiful experience, adding an extra element of magic to our stay.

The service was a letdown. the front desk staff was abrupt during check-in and failed to arrange for our bags to be taken to our room.
