We spent a wonderful city break at this hotel. the room was new and clean, equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a large TV. We especially enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast and decaf coffee. the location was convenient and beyond the parking lot was a beautiful forest view.

The staff member was rude and inconsiderate, offering a cheaper and smaller room instead of the one we had prepaid for, without offering a refund of the difference. our suite was missing a lounge chair and we had to switch rooms to get one.

We had a fantastic stay at Towneplace Suites! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a large screen TV. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the pillows were great too. We even had the convenience of being able to sign into our Netflix account on the TV. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to easily extend our stay. We also appreciated the fresh and delicious box breakfast they provided. Our second room was spacious with a comfortable king bed, a huge TV, and a great view of the forest and pink sky. The kitchen was beautiful and the hot breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a nice kitchen.

One drawback was that the toilet was clogged and we had to purchase drain cleaner to fix it. Additionally, the lack of utensils in the kitchen was a bit disappointing.
