I love this hotel! On my first stay, they returned my lost earphones. Has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hr reception, Jacuzzi. Perfect for me. Coming back for holiday.

Wow! Such a romantic escape! the cozy room provided the perfect atmosphere for our getaway. the property was well maintained and clean, creating a lovely ambiance. We also loved the pool area, it was a great place to relax and unwind.

The noise from the room above, it made it difficult for us to fully relax and rest. Another disappointment was the lack of a lifeguard at the pool.

Lovely views from the room and modern decor with vinyl plank flooring, which was a huge plus. the room had all the amenities in a tiny kitchen, which was super convenient.

The AC was extremely noisy and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. the constant construction noise kept me from sleeping.

I recently stayed at Towneplace Suites in West Kelowna and I was impressed. The hotel had a great design with a modern feel that I absolutely loved. The check-in process was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the pancake maker in the restaurant area. Additionally, the parking was convenient and the staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant/lounge area. I also appreciated the kitchen in our suite, it was a nice touch.
