Nell at the front desk was a true gem, making my experience exceptional. the hotel offers a great breakfast and comfortable rooms. the pool and gym looked well maintained, although I didn't get the chance to use them. the jacuzzi provided a relaxing escape, and being close to Strathmore Stampede allowed for fun family outings.

The location of the hotel was convenient and close to popular tourist attractions and shopping areas. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing quick assistance whenever I had any questions or concerns.

I stayed for two nights while visiting family. The location was perfect, with Kinsmen Park nearby for evening strolls. Tim Hortons right outside was convenient for my morning coffee, and there were several restaurants within walking distance. The pool hours were great, and the slide was super fast! The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a full meal deal and a pleasant surprise of fresh apple pie and fruit juice for a late-night snack. a truly enjoyable experience.
