Great service and comfy vibes

Had a blast here! Super friendly staff, especially Maya at the front desk who made us feel welcome right away. The room was clean, comfy, and had a nice balcony to chill on. Loved the little birthday surprise they left for my partner! Just wish there was a breakfast option because ordering in was kinda a hassle.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient bike storage and repair workshop offered at the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city on two wheels.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable bed, modern and clean rooms, and even heated floors in the bathroom. The location was ideal, close to the harbor and Robson St., and there was a fantastic grocery store just across the street. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The unique design of the building also made it easy to spot in the skyline.

Breakfast delights could be improved by offering a longer dining time and a more relaxed atmosphere.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. From the friendly and helpful staff to the prompt response to our requests, we couldn't have asked for better service. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bed that provided a great night's sleep. the location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the city and enjoy the downtown area. We also appreciated the high-tech features of the room, such as the electronic controls for the lights and curtains.

We also experienced some issues with the TV and the bar not having all the ingredients for a specialty drink. the view from our room facing south was not very impressive.

Loved the friendly staff and the clean, modern rooms. the double sinks in the bathroom were a nice touch. the view of the city skyline was absolutely stunning. the location was also key - right in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions.

The lack of breakfast was a disappointment. It would've been nice to have that option.

I recently stayed at Paradox Hotel for a short trip. The service was excellent, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The high-tech features like the iPad control panel and heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. The views from the room were stunning, and the hotel's location was ideal. The staff was always friendly and helpful. a truly amazing hotel experience.

The service was exceptional, especially when I accidentally left an item in the hotel and they went above and beyond to have it delivered to me on my cruise ship. The facility was clean and modern, with automated controls for everything in the room. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and the waterfront. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel. Check-in was a breeze, and they even accommodated our request for a microwave and kettle for our baby's needs. The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in natural light. The bathroom floors were heated, and the beddings were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, close to all activities in the city, and there was a grocery store across the street. The staff was wonderful, always ready to help and provide recommendations on things to do in this city.

I had one of the best stays in years, with top-class cleanliness, excellent hotel facilities, and convenient parking. The location was also perfect, within walking distance of many great restaurants and easily accessible from the airport with the Skytrain. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

The breakfast was delicious and delivered right on time. I also loved the turn down service, as it made everything look fresh and inviting. the best aspects of my stay were the great location, modern amenities, cleanliness, and the incredible staff.

Our stay at this downtown hotel was comfortable and convenient. The hotel was in a great location with easy access to public transport and many attractions, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and provided efficient service throughout our stay. The rooms were modern and equipped with many high-tech amenities, including comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of gluten-free options to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the room.

The pool and bar area didn't seem to be well-used, which was a bit of a shame.
