We had an incredible stay at this lodge. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. The lodge itself is cozy and comfortable, with spacious and clean rooms that had a charming rural charm. The communal sitting room provided breathtaking views of the beautiful lake, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The location of the lodge was ideal, offering a perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. It was easy to explore nearby attractions such as the St. Anthony's and L'anse Aux Meadows. The delicious homemade meals, both breakfast and dinner, were a highlight of our stay. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences and dietary needs. we would highly recommend this lodge for its warm hospitality, stunning views, and exceptional dining experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely country lodge in a beautiful setting. The location was superb, nestled near a large lake and providing breathtaking views. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a charming rural charm. The lodge also had a fabulous communal room with stunning views, and the meals served were delicious and varied each night. It was a great opportunity to meet and connect with other guests. The lodge was also conveniently located near various attractions, such as the L'Anse aux Meadows Viking site and St Anthony's iceberg views.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at a lodge in Main Brook. The staff, especially Barb, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed, even arranging food for us after a long drive. The lodge itself was very nice, and the location was beautiful and relaxing. I was able to spot lots of wildlife during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. Parking was convenient, and the location was great for exploring nearby villages and towns. The breakfasts and dinners provided were delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our meals were well done.

The website advertised "delectable meals" with options like mussels, scallops, and wine, but we found the actual meals to be quite limited in terms of portion size and variety.

Friendly staff, rural setting, lovely lake, family-like atmosphere, great place for hunters and fishermen. Exceptional location, stunning lake, comfortable cabins, wood-fired sauna, delicious dinner. Beautiful log resort, warm welcoming feel, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, dinner available on site. One of the best places ever stayed at, friendly and happy staff, delicious meals, cozy rooms, quiet area. Highly recommended lodge, amazing lake view, comfortable beds, home cooked exceptional meals, perfect location for exploring St. Anthony's and L'anse Aux Meadows.
