The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops and services. We were able to explore the city easily and even visit nearby attractions like Granville Island. the hotel provided convenient facilities such as a full kitchen and a washing machine/dryer, which made our stay more comfortable. It was great to have these amenities available during our Christmas vacation.

There were a few drawbacks that affected our experience. it was difficult to get in touch with the management when we needed assistance.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, providing snacks and water upon arrival. They even went out of their way to accommodate our cat, providing pet bowls and a bed. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
