The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with crisp white sheets and a soundproof room. The location was convenient and the staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at Prestige Vernon Lodge in Vernon. The highlight was definitely the atrium and pool area. It was a perfect winter getaway, especially with the creek running through it. Sitting out on the balcony in the evening was so relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and I highly recommend getting a balcony facing the atrium. The location was also great, with easy access to downtown. I had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting my mother in a care facility, as it is close to everything in town. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, always accommodating our needs. the hotel had a pool and hot tub for relaxation.

The noise from the outside ventilator was disruptive and not addressed by the staff.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with options such as sofa pull-outs for families. The staff provide excellent service, making your stay even more enjoyable.

The two on-site cafes served delicious food all day long. The rooms were spacious and pet-friendly, making it comfortable for my two dogs. The hotel is conveniently located near everything, with ample parking and tight security. The staff provided a warm welcome and even gave us special vouchers for dinner and breakfast. a great experience!
