Whether I wanted to visit the charming Old Port or the bustling financial district, everything was within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The concierge and parking attendants were especially helpful, providing excellent recommendations and insider knowledge about the city. The room itself had a great view and the option to adjust the lighting to create a cozy atmosphere. I also appreciated the comprehensive bar area in the room, which made it easy to enjoy a drink without having to leave the comfort of my accommodation. the service and amenities provided here went above and beyond my expectations.

The view from the room, which was not ideal for business travel. However, I would still highly recommend this place to others due to its central location and the exceptional service provided by the staff.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the convention centre, the amazing restaurant at the hotel, and all the attractions in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities like the mini-bar and in-room safe. The hotel provided excellent services such as room service, laundry, and even wedding services. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience.

Despite having a great time, we won't mention any negative aspects since there weren't any. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Pleasant Surprise!

We arrived early for check-in but were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. They gladly took our luggage and assured us they would have our room ready as soon as possible. We returned later to find our room beautifully prepared with a lovely gesture of welcome from W Montreal. The comfortable bed and modern design made for a memorable stay. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, although the service could have been more attentive. Despite this small drawback, we had a great experience overall at W Montreal and would definitely recommend it!

Arrived late to a dimly lit lobby with friendly staff. The room was great, but breakfast was lackluster. However, the central location and fabulous interior designs made up for it. I'll recommend this hotel.

As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the convenience of the "whenever/Whatever" service and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel's modern decor and prime location near the metro, St Catherine street, and the Old Port were also major highlights. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. one of the best hotels we've stayed at.

The location of the restaurant Nom Nom at the hotel was perfect for exploring the vibrant Montreal area. The staff at Nom Nom provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The service at another bar on the property was lacking.

Located at the heart of the city, this hotel had great access to all the major spots of the city. the spacious, well-decorated rooms provided a comfortable stay. the friendly and helpful staff catered to all our needs, offering excellent ideas to explore the city.

The only downside during our stay was the breakfast buffet. We were hoping for a greater variety of food options.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our group of friends. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, and it was conveniently located near the Metro for any longer distances. One evening, we decided to dine at the NomNom restaurant within the hotel, and the food was absolutely fantastic.

We were disappointed by the lack of blankets in the room. We tried adjusting the temperature, but it didn't help, so we had to request an extra blanket.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the staff were welcoming and helpful. They provided excellent service and made me feel valued as a guest. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, from the room to the facilities. The location was ideal, situated between Old and New Montreal, making it easy to walk to various attractions and venues. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the convention centre was convenient for my needs.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff and had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with convenient amenities like snacks and drinks available for purchase.

One drawback was the noise from the 24/7 lounge, which could disturb light sleepers.
