I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff greeted me by name and check-in was quick. The hotel had an impressive luxury appearance. The room layout was impressive, clean, and the bed was turned down with cookies and water. The bathroom amenities were nice. The hotel provided a daily newspaper during breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to attractions such as Rogers Arena, the waterfront, and Granville Island. The Pacific Place Mall and museum are also nearby. The hotel offers a turn-down service and I enjoyed sitting on the private balcony with my morning coffee.

The service was first class, staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with a separate living room area and a cozy open fire. Complimentary wine and chocolates were a nice touch. The hotel's location was excellent, with lots to see and do nearby in this walkable city.

Fantastic service and helpful staff. They were attentive and responded positively to all our requests. We can't thank them enough. The location was also great, centrally located for easy access to restaurants and shopping. The hotel had a charming boutique feel and we enjoyed the amenities such as the spa and restaurant. Despite a few minor drawbacks, our overall stay was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location in the city center was perfect, just a block away from the train station. Plus, the piano bar provided a great atmosphere for relaxation. Another highlight was the easy access to transportation, with the nearby metro stop and water taxi to Grandville island. this hotel knows how to create a truly hospitable experience.

The staff in the evening seemed a bit rude, and nobody offered to help with our luggage. the facilities in our room felt a bit outdated and not worth the price we paid.

For the price we paid, we felt like we got amazing value. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with high-end linens, a walk-in closet, and even a jacuzzi in the bedroom! The staff treated us like royalty, sending up congratulations treats for our honeymoon and making sure we felt extra special throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The breakfast could have been better if there was more variety in the menu options.
