I had a wonderful time at West Coast Trail Lodge in Port Renfrew. The remote and serene location allowed me to recharge and immerse myself in unspoiled natural beauty. Exploring the rugged coastline in the rain was a truly amazing experience. The cozy room with an ocean view and fireplace provided the perfect retreat. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially towards my family with small children. The amenities were classy and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. I would definitely go back for a longer stay and highly recommend this place. a highlight of my trip to the island.

The beds are comfortable, with two fairly comfortable queen beds in each room. Additionally, the location of the hotel is excellent, being just down the hill from a pub and within walking distance of other places to eat.

our recent stay in port renfrew was even better thanks to the amazing west coast trail lodge. the clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient kitchen area made our romantic trip perfect. we loved the beautiful location and how everything was within walking distance. highly recommend!

Minor cleaning issue.

My teenage son and I loved our stay at the lodge. The West Coast style decor and landscaping added to the charm. We stayed for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Highly recommend this hotel!

Close proximity to Renfrew Bar & Grill. Short drive to Botanical Beach and Botany Bay. Handy refrigerator for breakfast and snacks. Lovely wilderness feeling and quietness.

I stayed at a lodge in a quaint little town, close to the pub and within walking distance of great dining options. The location was perfect, just down the hill from where I was staying. The room was clean and nice, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay pleasant. The lodge had a cozy atmosphere and provided convenient amenities like a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker in the room.

The check-in and check-out process was a bit of a hassle, causing some inconvenience during my stay.

we had to clean the mugs before using them for coffee since they were put away dirty. Lastly, the lodge did not offer concrete solutions for vehicle parking while guests are on the West Coast Trail, which we found inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. the comfortable king bed, mini kitchen, and ample storage made our room feel like a home away from home. the beautiful dark blue blankets and artwork added a nice touch to the cozy ambiance. We also appreciated the good-sized TV and mini fridge. the lodge's location near walking trails was perfect for exploring the natural beauty of Vancouver Island. the staff were friendly, prompt, and always ready to help. when we requested a tin opener, someone arrived at our door within minutes to deliver it. We even had the convenience of preparing our own meals during our stay. We would definitely choose to stay at the WCTL again and confidently recommend it to others.
