The staff were extremely responsive and quick to resolve any issues. For instance, when the washing machine stopped working one night, a technician came the next day and fixed it before noon. I was truly impressed with their efficiency. The bed in the room was also very comfortable, and the overall lighting was perfect. Additionally, the hotel's ingenious security system ensured that I felt safe and secure throughout my stay.
