We enjoyed our clean and cozy room, the location was great and we were pleasantly surprised by the easy laundry facilities. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, giving us good recommendations on nearby restaurants. we had a lovely stay at Wingate.

wingate in kamloops was a pleasant surprise! after my last stay in kamloops, i didn't expect much, but the brand new hotel was beautifully maintained and the staff were incredibly friendly. excellent value for a stopover between vancouver and banff/jasper. highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the highway, making it convenient for our overnight stay. There were also plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, making it easy for us to find a good place to eat. The staff at this place were very friendly and accommodating, from the cleaning staff to the front desk to the manager. They made sure our room was clean and comfortable, and they were always available to assist with any of our needs. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, lots of plug-ins for charging our devices, and a strong WiFi connection. The bathroom was modern and clean, and we loved the great water pressure in the shower. this hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay here truly enjoyable.

Although we had a wonderful stay at this hotel, there were a couple of minor issues. The pool area could have been cleaner, specifically the windows.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is within walking distance of a shopping mall and a good selection of restaurants and pubs. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are very clean and cozy. The eating area for breakfast is great with many TVs. You have the option to choose from various breakfast options.

One aspect that could be improved is the handling of credit cards during check-in.

I stayed at Wingate for one night during a long drive. The check in/check out process was easy and they even allowed me to check in early. The breakfast was well-stocked and I never felt like I would miss out. The hotel is new and in great shape, with spacious and comfortable rooms. I loved the unique art in the room, showcasing local photographs. The underground parking was convenient and there are good restaurants nearby. I will definitely stop here again.

This hotel was very convenient for us as it was located close to the highway and the city centre. It was also great that there were good restaurants nearby for dinner. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the option of a king bed or two double beds, and breakfast was included in the price which made it a great value for money.

The spa & wellness centre was fantastic, with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and fitness centre.

Personally, I found the seating area a bit cramped. But hey, everyone's different, right?
