I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. The owner even took me shopping to replace my lost luggage, which was a huge help. The bar at the front of the hotel was lively and served delicious food. The location couldn't be better, right in front of the most well-attended square. the service and atmosphere of this place were top-notch.

I was amazed by the quality of service at this hotel. The staff fulfilled every special request with a smile. The location is great, close to everything and away from the overly touristy area. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast could be more extensive, but overall it was satisfactory. The hotel is a great base for organizing trips to neighboring islands, like Santo Antao.

One minor downside is the water pressure in the showers, which requires turning on the sink to maintain constant pressure.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to everything, away from the very touristy area. It is also situated in front of the most well-frequented square, providing a vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-furnished. The staff is friendly and responsive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh pressed orange juice and fried eggs made to order. the hotel provides a stylish and inviting ambiance.

The stairs in the hotel are made of pressed metal, which can be unsafe without proper installation.

The breakfast was decent and the location was convenient with good dining options nearby. the room also had a nice design that was inviting and cozy.

The cleaning service was unimpressive, the linens were not thoroughly cleaned and the room was left in a mess after the housekeeping staff were done. the staff were also not very accommodating, failing to provide basic amenities such as a toothbrush replacement when we needed it.
