The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear water and soft white sand. It was a major highlight of my trip. The hotel provided beach toys for the kids, which was a nice touch. The food at the hotel was also excellent, with great service and a variety of options to choose from.

One of the downsides was the poor wifi connectivity in my room. It was frustrating not being able to connect properly during my stay.

The service here is truly exceptional, from the friendly and professional staff everywhere to our amazing concierge, Mark Campbell. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful beach that I couldn't resist spending all my time on. The restaurants offered great food and the complimentary water sports equipment was a nice touch. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a Nespresso machine. The gym was well-equipped, and the sauna and hot tub were a bonus. a fantastic stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an impressive hotel on a small island. The staff, representing 60 different nationalities, were competent, friendly, and helpful. The property had various restaurants serving high-quality food, and the well-trained staff provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel had a range of shops, including a top-end jewelry store, as well as amenities catering to children. It surpassed my expectations and offered stunning sea views, a fantastic pool, and an incredible beach. The hotel staff, especially Aileen at the front desk, TJ and Tyler at the pool bar, and Yuri at the pool, were outstanding.

The staff provided us with a warm welcome, offering us refreshing rum punch and cookies for the kids. Our bags were taken care of promptly, and we were upgraded to a room facing the water park for our children. The resort fees covered our access to non-motorized water equipment, snorkeling gear, and even sailing lessons. The water park was a hit with our kids, with attentive lifeguards and free cabanas available. The concierge was incredibly helpful, arranging a memorable stingray city tour and recommending excellent sunset spots that catered to our family. The housekeeping staff, including Angela, Shawwna, and Pat, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Finally, the check-out process with Holly was seamless, with our boarding passes ready and the bellmen providing us with drinks and snacks for the journey.
