We were thrilled with the location of the hotel, just steps away from the beautiful beach. It was so convenient to be able to take a short walk and enjoy the sun and sand. Additionally, the hotel is ideally situated close to the city center, making it easy for us to explore all that the area had to offer. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of adventures. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel also boasted impressive facilities, including a large outdoor pool and a relaxing sauna.

While the staff were generally friendly, communication was sometimes challenging due to the language barrier. It would have been helpful if more employees spoke English, especially for services like room service.

We had an incredible time! the welcome drink was a great touch and the free-to-use pool left us refreshed and relaxed. the location was central and we were easily able to explore the town by foot. Plus, we loved the comfy beds and the fact that the staff were super helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

We had a few small issues- for example, the late checkout fee was fairly high, which we didn't feel was entirely justified. although we were expecting to be right by the beach, the walk down there took a little longer than we had thought.

The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the ocean and creating a peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with attention to detail throughout. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The venue offers amazing exclusive amenities such as a spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant served delicious dinner with special diet menus. My luxurious needs were fulfilled with the beauty treatment and massage offered in the spa, and I enjoyed the sun terrace overlooking the garden area.

I encountered difficulty communicating with some staff members, as they did not speak much English. this minor issue did not affect my overall experience.
