The private room we stayed in at Bella 269 was clean, spacious, and even had a lovely balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We especially appreciated the included breakfast, which was delicious and plentiful. The location was perfect, with quick access to the city center and nearby attractions. However, it's worth noting that we recommend being cautious in the neighborhood after dark due to petty theft.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the city center and in a safe neighborhood. The room was spacious and clean, with a great shower and AC. The balcony was a nice touch. The hostal had helpful information on tours, and there was plenty of space to relax outside of the room. Plus, they have the cutest cats!

The staff were friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring the area. Conveniently located, we were able to walk to many attractions and had easy access to public transportation. The self-serve breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of options including eggs and packaged snacks. We had a great time at Bella 269 during our recent visit to Santiago. Our stay was for 5 nights and the hotel met all our expectations. The location was convenient, close to the metro and bus stop. The view from our suite on the top floor was amazing, with beautiful purple flowers outside our window. The staff, who spoke English, were very helpful and friendly. We loved the included breakfast, which was delivered to our room. The wifi was reliable and the air conditioning kept us comfortable. We also enjoyed the balcony in our room and the option to have room cleaning on demand. a great experience at Bella 269.

We had an amazing stay at Bella 269! The hostel is conveniently located near the park, public transportation, restaurants, and museums. The property is a beautifully restored 19th-century house, combining the best features of the old house with modern and charming decor. We stayed in a newly built private room at the back of the property, which was great value for a hostel. The building is lovely, and we enjoyed the complimentary WiFi. There is even a supermarket next door for added convenience.

The rooms were nice and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. The new section of the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the main attractions in the city center. It was within walking distance to the CBD, patio Bellavista, and San Cerro Cristobal. There were also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was repetitive, with the same egg sandwich served for five days in a row. It would have been nice to have more variety.
