The location was excellent, being centrally located in the heart of the city. The hotel was clean and the internet connection was reliable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast had a decent variety of options, with a good mix of sweet and savory dishes. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Punta Arenas.

The hotel provided complimentary cocktails and breakfast, which was a nice touch. the location proved to be very convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. we enjoyed the lovely view from the restaurant upstairs.

The decor in the hotel was outdated and in need of refurbishment. the noise from the nearby buildings disrupted our peace and quiet, making it difficult to sleep.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of town, making it easy for us to explore all the nearby attractions. The hotel is conveniently located near bus terminals, making it easy to park on the street. It is also a great option for travelers transitioning between Torres del Paine and flights via Punta Arenas. Guests can explore the forts just an hour away, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

The hotel lacks sufficient lighting in the rooms, making them quite dark even with all the lamps turned on. there are not enough power points, causing guests to constantly switch off devices to plug in others.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this wonderful 4-star hotel in Punta Arenas. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right in the center of town and just a short walk from the Bus-Sur station. This was incredibly convenient when I arrived from Puerto Natales. Additionally, there were plenty of nice eating places in the business district, so I had plenty of dining options nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was really convenient, just a block away from the Bus-Sur terminus. It made it so easy for us to move around the city and explore different areas. We also appreciated the service of the airport shuttle, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a in-room safe. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The dining options were great as well, with a delicious continental breakfast and a cozy bar/lounge area for relaxing in the evenings.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Punta Arenas that had a great location. It was right in the centre and within walking distance of cafes, a supermarket, and the main square. The hotel itself had a bar/restaurant where you could relax and enjoy some cocktails, and the breakfast restaurant upstairs offered a nice view of the city. I also liked that it was close to money exchange, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

Everything was exactly what I needed and wanted. 👌
