Nothing not to like.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach and conveniently next to the metro station to Valparaiso. At night, the neighborhood comes alive with plenty of bars and restaurants to explore. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is spacious and functional. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to start your day off right.

There were some minor issues with the breakfast team not being well organized, resulting in long lines and running out of food.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vina del Mar and had a great experience. The location was convenient and close to many shops. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially one member who recommended a delicious wine for us. The nights were quiet and comfortable, thanks to the double-pane windows. And to top it off, the food was affordable and tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived at this hotel in the middle of the night and were greeted warmly by the staff. They promptly helped us with our bags and checked us in quickly, despite the late hour. Throughout our stay, everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice connected layout that made it feel like our own private apartment. The location was excellent, being close to the beach and one of the main attractions in the area. Additionally, the hotel had a great dining room that served delicious meals all day long. We were very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail at this luxurious hotel.

The breakfast included was delicious and served in a pleasant dining area. the hotel provided a great base for exploring the city.

The hotel could benefit from a bit more investment in updating the carpets, bedsheets, and bathroom fixtures.
