our second stay in pucon was a delight. cabanas monte verde exceeded our expectations with their spacious and well-appointed apartment. the owner was so accommodating, giving us a room with a stunning lake view. breakfast delivered to our private terrace was a wonderful touch. we'll definitely stay here again.

Wifi was a disappointment.

Modern and nicely decorated apartments, comfortable and enormous bed, good breakfast with complimentary amenities, beautiful lake view, welcoming staff, delicious and fresh breakfast.

Nothing for me.

I stayed at a cabana that was just across the road from the lake, providing beautiful views from the window. The room was comfortable and clean, with a dreamy bed. The breakfast was simple but good, with a variety of items provided in the kitchenette. The common area was cozy and offered complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. The staff, although with limited English, were friendly and helpful.

The wifi did not work at all during my stay.

The location is perfect, just across the road from the lake, providing beautiful views from the lovely balconies in the rooms. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are all in place, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided is delicious and the rooms offer great views of the lake, with some even featuring big baths for ultimate relaxation.

Good location, quiet. Lake view from room. Comfortable double room. Simple but good breakfast. Cozy common area with tea/coffee. Helpful staff. Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment with good wifi. Modern decor, ample amenities. Lovely grounds, well-maintained. Private, relaxing.

We had a lovely stay in a little cabin by the lake. the view was breathtaking, and the gardens were pretty. Our cabin had a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking, even a french press for our coffee. It was a perfect spot for a family getaway with space for everyone.

The location of the hotel is not very central. It's away from town and not within walking distance to local attractions.
