The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, on a hill with unique finishings, just a short walk from the town centre and by the lake. The rooms on the lowest level below the lobby area are basic but cozy, with a good bathroom and enough space for two suitcases. The breakfast served at this hotel includes a variety of delicious "home made" cakes that are definitely a highlight.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the beautiful Lake District location. The hotel facilities were excellent, with tables lovingly set every day and a gated park. The parking on site was convenient, and the hotel offered transportation services. The location was easy to get to and convenient for exploring the city and taking the bus service to Bariloche. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade tarts and cakes.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

My room was very noisy and I had trouble sleeping due to the lack of soundproofing. the room was much smaller than expected and didn't offer the privacy I was hoping for.
