A hidden gem in a bustling city. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, providing a warm and welcoming experience. The hotel's location on a private street added to the feeling of peace and comfort. The room was well-appointed and quiet. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend staying at Casasur Charming for a delightful experience.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was absolutely fantastic. Situated in the center of Barrio Italia, we were surrounded by a multitude of excellent restaurants, all within easy walking distance. The fact that the hotel was on a dead end street made it even more peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay.

Our stay at Casasur Charming Hotel in Santiago was fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to Barrio Italia and public transportation. The owners, Eduardo and Catalina, were amazing hosts. The hotel itself was charming and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We loved the fresh fruit, juice, and cooked-to-order eggs with fresh bread. It was a great experience overall, and we wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is conveniently located close to several really good restaurants, allowing easy access to delicious meals. Its proximity to a key metro line also makes it a great base for exploring the city. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and simply furnished, with spacious bathrooms and walk-in showers. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast offers a delicious start to the day with fresh fruit, yogurt, crepes, eggs. The hotel also offers a cozy patio area for relaxing.

Attention to detail, comfortable bed and linens, well-appointed bathroom, ample shelf space. Great lighting and balcony. Over-the-top wonderful breakfast with choice of hot beverages, caramel crepes, yogurt and fruits, warm bread, and eggs. Honesty bar with wine and beer. Excellent service and recommendations from staff. Convenient location near metro and restaurants, quiet street.

Loved the complimentary candy canes and hot chocolate during Christmas time, very festive. the location was great, nestled in a quaint area, close to public transportation. the breakfast spread was diverse and the homemade pastries were phenomenal.

The room was quite small and uncomfortable, not much space to move around. the bed was not very comfortable either and the room walls were quite thin, making it hard to get a good night's sleep with noise from adjacent rooms.
