We had a below par experience when we booked an extra night at Clh Suites. The management seemed unprofessional and the bed in our dorm had issues. However, one positive aspect was that the 6-person room we stayed in was very spacious and had lockers. Despite the drawbacks, overall I'll recommend this hotel.

just returned from my stay in santiago and clh suites made it unforgettable! incredible staff who went above and beyond, spacious and quiet dorm rooms, and a delicious buffet breakfast to start the day right. if i ever come back to santiago, clh will be my top choice without hesitation!

the party noises from the rooftop bar kept me up late at night. It was also disappointing that the shower was poorly designed, causing water to splash out onto the bathroom floor, which was quite hazardous.
