I got great value for my money at Courtyard. The room was excellent, with stunning mountain views and a comfortable bed. The hotel's location in Las Condes was ideal, with a nearby park to relax and plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The staff, especially Evelyn at check-in and Yilma in the bar, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even surprised me with a birthday present of sweets and a bottle of wine. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient, and they even offered a late check-out option. The hotel amenities, like the clean swimming pool and fantastic playroom for kids of all ages, were a great bonus. And I have to mention the top-floor gym with its amazing view - the perfect place to work out.

The hotel was far from the subway station and major landmarks of the city, making it difficult to get around without taking expensive hotel taxis. The bus system was infrequent and only accepted prepaid Bip cards, which made it inconvenient for tourists.

It's just a couple blocks away from a huge classy shopping mall, so we had plenty of options for shopping and dining. The staff provided a great customer service at arrival, helping us with information about tours and assisting us throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed including a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the sun terrace. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service.

We had a romantic getaway and the complementary champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries were a nice touch. the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and we loved the view from our room.

The room was not very clean, and the housekeeping staff seemed to rush through their work. the restaurant was overpriced and the food was average at best.
