had a fantastic stay in puerto montt, and don luis exceeded expectations! loved the upscale vibe, helpful staff, and amazing bar with free wifi. a perfect end to our trip!

Bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

Excellent reception and support staff, lovely waitresses at breakfast and dinner. Very central position, delicious breakfast. Able to chill-out in the restaurant at any time with a cup of tea or coffee. Big, comfortable bed. Small heater provided for a cold room. Fried eggs made for breakfast. Early check-in and taxi arrangement to the airport. Good location with nearby restaurants and shopping. Excellent restaurant in the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and well-decorated bedroom during my recent stay at Hotel Don Luis. The quality bedding provided a great night's sleep, and the location was excellent. The receptionist spoke clear English and the service was brilliant. Despite a minor issue with the hot water on the 8th floor, the overall experience was positive. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and service.

During our Easter break, we had a pleasant stay in a hotel located in a central and safe area, making it easy to walk around. the staff was welcoming, and we enjoyed complimentary drinks and a slope that helped us with our luggage. the lobby provided a relaxing atmosphere while awaiting our departure.

On the negative side, the breakfast lacked fresh fruits or juice and did not compare to other hotels we have stayed at. we requested an alarm call on our last day and although we woke up on time, the call was made to the wrong room.

The hotel is conveniently located right beside the plaza, close to the waterfront, and in the neighbourhood of the Main Square. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a good supply of clean towels and hot water. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to assist guests with reservations and transportation. The breakfast offers a variety of options including fruit, pastries, cereal, and yogurt. The hotel also provides free parking, free internet access, and an exercise room.

There were some noise disturbances due to the traffic outside and the barking of stray dogs in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in Puerto Montt. The hotel's location on a pier provided stunning views of the surrounding area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like an in-room safe, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We loved the location of this hotel, right in the center of all the action. It was close to two shopping areas, and we could easily walk to restaurants and cafes. The reception staff were excellent, securing dinner reservations and negotiating lower taxi rates for us. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good selection of food. the hotel had a lounge area where we could relax with a cup of tea or coffee.

The shower water took a while to warm up and wasn't as hot as we would have liked.
