The hotel is conveniently located, with restaurants and a fish market nearby. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and luxury bathrooms. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. The hotel also has a cinema-like TV in the room and a massive balcony with a wonderful view. The spa facilities, including steam rooms, sauna, and swimming pool, are beautifully appointed.

The music in the SkyBar restaurant is too loud.

Spacious rooms, stunning river view, perfect downtown location, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, large clean bathroom, California king-sized bed, plethora of restaurants and bars.

This hotel is a truly luxurious retreat. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the exclusive amenities and attentive service. The Spa & wellness centre was exquisite, with a range of pampering treatments to choose from. The Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and Spa centre were all top-notch, and we felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Our room was spacious and elegant, with all the exclusive room advantages we could ask for. The Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area were also exceptional, with a fantastic menu of gourmet cuisine and expertly crafted cocktails.

While our stay was mostly perfect, we did have one minor issue with the private facilities. They were not as pristine as we were expecting given the luxurious atmosphere of the hotel.

The room was clean and well-furnished. The location was central, with easy access to restaurants and tourist attractions. The free parking was a bonus.

The lack of coffee making facilities and coffee shop in the hotel was inconvenient. The absence of an iron and ironing board in the room was frustrating.

Stunning river views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the spacious room. The separate glassed-in shower and tub in the bathroom were a luxurious touch. The breakfast on the 12th floor with a view of the river was peaceful and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
