We had the most amazing stay at El Patagonico! The hostel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the main shops and restaurants but still peaceful at night. The common area had a cozy atmosphere and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The owners and staff were incredibly helpful, making it easy for us to rent everything we needed for our trek. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved coming back to a hot shower after a long day. I highly recommend this hostel for its excellent service and convenient amenities.

The location of the hostel is ideal, with both the bus station and town center within walking distance. The rooms are clean, modern, and quiet, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is well-equipped, making self-catering a breeze. The friendly and helpful staff speak English fluently, ensuring smooth communication for international travelers. the hostel offers a reasonable self-service breakfast, allowing guests to start their day off right with a satisfying meal.

The lack of variety in the breakfast options. There was only cheese as a protein option, and it would have been nice to have more choices.

We had the best hostel experience ever at El Patagonico! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like part of the family. The owners, Monica and Andres, were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The whole team was friendly and always ready to help. The facilities were great, with a spacious common area and spotlessly clean rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The big kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for relaxing and connecting with fellow travelers. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of options and flexible serving hours. The beds were comfy, with individual power sockets and lamps, and the Wi-Fi was fantastic throughout the hostel. we felt completely at home at El Patagonico and can't recommend it enough. We will definitely be returning!

Incredible family-run hostel with astonishingly helpful staff, mind-blowing clean facilities, and spacious, super cozy common area. The breakfast is jaw-droppingly good with extensive options. The hostel is conveniently located near the city center, fjord site, and bus station. The wifi is fantastic, and there are great amenities like a shared kitchen, TV room, board games, luggage storage, locker room. The VIP check-in/-out and paid shuttle service are exceptional. No pets allowed and no smoking on site.

Stayed here solo on arrival in Chile and with a friend after leaving TDP. Super easy check-in, clean and comfortable rooms, ample hot water for showering, and excellent lounging common area. Walkable to bus station and downtown. Highly recommend El Patagonico for exploring Torres del Paine.

Cosy and warm place with friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and well-equipped kitchen. Option to store luggage during Torres del Paine trek. Clean and spacious rooms with tidy toilets. Efficient and organized for trekking.

We stayed for 3 nights in total, with a hike in between. The hostel is clean, welcoming and warm with a friendly atmosphere. There’s a big living space where you can enjoy the free breakfast, hang out on the sofas, watch a film or read. The rooms are spacious , comfortable and clean. Camila showed us around when we first arrived and gave us a tour and told us everything we needed to know, she was so helpful and friendly! The location is great, close to supermarket and the main streets. We rented camping and hiking equipment, and left some luggage for storage when we went for our hike. When we returned our left bags were already in our room ready for us. We loved our stay here! Would definitely recommend it as a place to stay.
