This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was fantastic - situated on a calm street, it provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room were excellent, from the comfortable bed to the clean and fresh bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast offered a great start to the day, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic.

I had a great stay in this recently refurbished hotel located in an excellent area. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and well-set up, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. It was also nice to have a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. a great experience!

The basic TV channels could use some improvement.

During our recent stay at a hotel located on the border of Downtown and Providencia, we were impressed by the excellent value for money and modern amenities. The recently refurbished hotel provided us with a clean and spacious room, complete with a decent-sized bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, accommodating our request for an early check-out with breakfast. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a good selection of options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of an elevator and basic TV channels, we would highly recommend this hotel for its overall quality and exceptional location. we had a great experience and would consider staying here again if ever in the area.
