The view from the balcony is AWESOME. The breakfast is great and popular, with a wide variety of options. The indoor pool is heated and the spa/massage downstairs is great. The hotel feels like a 4-star hotel in the USA. Beach access is limited but parking is free. The rooms are very large with a spectacular view. The bathroom is excellent with a huge tub and shower. The restaurant/cafe food is excellent, but the service is a bit slow. a fantastic experience.

Nestled in the remote wilderness, if you can get past the bumpy ride to arrive, then you'll be met with stunning views of the lake and the surrounding landscape. the indoor pool was well-heated and a good size, and the spa treatments on offer were reasonable in price.

The décor in the room was incredibly dull and uninspiring, it was a far cry from the picturesque views outside. the food was vaguely passable but nothing special.

The service was a bit of a letdown, as some staff were non-committal, and we experienced a minor issue with our laundry service. Although the express service was expensive, some of our washing went missing and had an unpleasant smell when returned.
