I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a great area at the top of the Ascensor down to the port. It was really convenient to explore the surrounding attractions, like the cute, artsy shops and the restaurants, all within walking distance. The hotel itself was stunning, with a beautiful Victorian style that gave it a unique and luxurious feel. The vintage chandeliers, wooden staircases, and crown moldings added a touch of elegance. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The shower heads provided amazing water pressure, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of healthy options that suited my preferences. The price I paid for everything I received was definitely worth it!

The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, overlooking the bay and close to a great neighborhood for dining and bars. The old architecture and clean common areas give it a charming atmosphere. We had an amazing stay at a converted ancient mansion with a Dickensian flair. the location was excellent, with superb views of the port. the staff at Gervasoni Hotel Boutique were efficient and kind, making our experience even better. Our room was large and quiet, with warm water in the bathroom at all times. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including choices for vegetarians. the hotel's central location and incredible view made it a perfect choice for us. We truly felt like we were staying in a grand, historic home.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Gervasoni Hotel in Valparaiso. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great lighting including bedside reading lights on both sides of the bed. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The view of the harbor from our room was absolutely stunning. We also had a fantastic dining experience at the Bella Ciao restaurant, which is located in the hotel. a truly pleasant stay.

The proximity to the restaurant, which played loud music from 10am to 11pm, was inconvenient and disruptive to the tranquility of the hotel.
