We got great value for our money at the Mandarin Oriental in Santiago. The room was spacious, luxurious, and had breathtaking views. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of a beautiful park and a high-end shopping mall. The staff treated us like superstars, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Hotel breakfast could have been better with quicker service.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location in this city was wonderful, close to a mall and in a safe and nice area. The in-house Thai restaurant offered delicious food.

The pool and outside garden were absolutely stunning. It was such a beautiful and relaxing area to spend time in. The staff were extremely attentive and always ready to assist. They approached us in the lobby to see if we needed any help. The room was spacious and had a good view. Free water was provided every day, which was a nice touch. The hotel had great restaurants on site, offering delicious food.

The hotel was not centrally located, making it a bit inconvenient to access the main tourist attractions. It was about a 15-minute walk from the Metro, which was challenging in the hot weather.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Santiago. Despite the ongoing renovations, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They switched my room to a quieter area and apologized personally for any inconvenience. The service was exceptional, and the staff made me feel like I was saying goodbye to good friends when I left. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attentive staff.

Stunning views from high floors of Las Condes and the Andes. Reasonable prices for bars, pool service, and restaurants. Well-equipped gym and beautiful spa. Conveniently located near Parque Arauco shopping center and Starbucks. Beautiful rooms with luxurious carpet and breathtaking views.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and had a fantastic view. The location was great, being close to a mall with many restaurant choices. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff was superb. The concierge arranged wonderful tours to nearby attractions.

Free suite upgrade upon return from Uruguay and Argentina. Staff helped resolve taxi overcharging issue. Exceptional assistance from Daniela, Jessica, and Enzo. Faultless service, rooms, club facilities, and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel offered a beautiful view from both the window and the club room, allowing guests to enjoy stunning scenery during their stay. Additionally, the pool area was very nice, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Although the pool itself was too cold to use, the overall ambiance of the pool area was enjoyable.

The beautiful swimming pool and outside garden at Mandarin Oriental were truly stunning. I enjoyed lounging by the pool and taking in the picturesque surroundings. The Executive lounge on the 16th floor had amazing views of the city and the Andes, which added to the overall experience. The service and food in the Thai restaurant were exceptional. The modern rooms with views and the completed refurbishment of the hotel added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay.

We had an amazing two-night stay at Mandarin Oriental. The views from our high-floor room were absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of the Andes. The hotel has a resort feel to it, with a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The staff made us feel like superstars, providing excellent service and making us feel special. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a beautiful carpet and the best shower we've had in ages. The hotel's Japanese Peruvian fusion restaurant, Matsuri, served exceptional food. We also loved exploring the nearby Parque Arauco for shopping and dining options.

Stayed at Mandarin Oriental for two nights during our visit to Santiago. The hotel has a wonderful "oasis" feel with a beautiful pool/restaurant area. The staff provided excellent service throughout, and our room on a higher floor had spacious, well-designed rooms with amazing views of the city and Andes. We enjoyed the early check-in and the nearby street with many small restaurants and bars.
