The hotel was located in a lovely neighborhood with a wide selection of restaurants to choose from. We liked that it wasn't too far from the city center either. The staff here were incredible, with amazing hospitality. They welcomed us with a refreshing drink upon arrival and were always available to offer recommendations and advice. We also appreciated the amenities offered, such as the fitness studio, outdoor swimming pool, and laundry facilities. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

This hotel is in a great location, close to a cruise ship in San Antonio, a variety of shopping centers, and the main attractions. Situated in a good neighborhood, there are plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. The rooms are well-lit and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast is satisfying, with a good selection of food that is constantly replenished. The hotel also offers amenities such as a restaurant, open-air patio, and a van service to the airport.

The AC in the rooms may sometimes make a clicking noise and not cool the room adequately.

The perfect location of this hotel made my New Year’s stay extra special! It was so close to the entertainment areas and restaurants, plus the staff was friendly and welcoming which made guests feel at home. , the breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices, and the room was spotless. Another plus was the free Wi-Fi and complimentary parking which was so convenient.

The only downside of my stay was the gym area, which could use some more equipment options for a better workout.

Holiday Inn Express provided an excellent stay in a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was really good. The hotel is centrally located in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants around. It was convenient to have a coffee maker in the room, something we haven't experienced in other accommodations. The rooms were spacious and overall, our experience at Holiday Inn Express was highly recommended.
