The standout was the exceptional service from Jose and his staff. We were constantly impressed by Jose's thoughtfulness, even preparing a thermos for our long day ahead.

The soundproofing in the rooms was not as effective as advertised, as we could hear conversations, alarms, and even snoring from the adjacent room. the top bunk beds did not have guard rails, which made me feel a bit uneasy, even though I didn't personally need them.
