The beds were incredibly comfortable, with individual pods that had light switches and plug sockets. The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of space and nice new equipment. We also loved the fact that the hostel was located in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the town center. This made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

One thing we didn't like was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, making it difficult to watch videos and surf the web. it would have been nice if lockers and towels were included in the price, rather than having to pay extra for them.

We had a fantastic stay in this hostel. The view of Villarica was unbelievable, the best in town. The neighborhood was very quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The garden was lovely, adding to the overall charm of the place. Inside, the hostel was clean, warm, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the capsules had a Velux Window that allowed us to stargaze from our beds. The hostel was conveniently located near the center of town, making it easy to explore the city and its activities.

We absolutely loved our stay at French Andes Apart. The hostel had an amazing view and was impeccably clean. The facilities, including the bathroom and kitchen, were well-equipped and spotless. We ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bedrooms, although not very large, were cozy and the Japanese-style beds provided plenty of space and privacy. The lockers were spacious and even had power sockets. this was the best hostel we stayed at during our trip to Chile. It offered great comfort, a good location, and the owner's travel agency provided valuable information and answered all our questions.

Finally found a place where the French staff made me feel like I was part of their exclusive club.

Lucky me, I'm not French, so I was totally left out of all the conversations. How inclusive!

french andes apart was even better than my last stay in pucón. comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy homey vibe made it feel like a second home. the garden was a great spot to enjoy the sunny weather. highly recommend!

Value for money was excellent. The room was spacious with a huge bed and comfortable memory foam pillows. The location was great, slightly off the main road with a beautiful view of volcano Villaricca from the garden. The staff was friendly and helpful, with great English skills.

One feature that stood out to me was the Velux Window in the capsules, which allowed for fresh air and stargazing from the bed. Additionally, the hostel was conveniently located close to the center of town.

We had an amazing stay at French Andes! It truly felt like home. The cozy common area with a fireplace was always inviting, and the professionally-equipped kitchen was the nicest we've seen in a hostel. The private rooms had actual king-sized beds and plenty of storage. The modern bathrooms were clean and had wonderful shower cabins. We also appreciated having heating in every room, which is rare in this area during the winter. The view of Villarica from the hostel was absolutely unbelievable, and the quiet neighborhood added to the peaceful atmosphere. we highly recommend French Andes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
