We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with the staff even tidying up our room after the first night. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing us with everything we needed. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the city center and the restaurant street. We also found it very convenient to have the tour operators in close proximity to the hotel.

Owner went out of their way to assist and even provided a phone charger. Spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern private bathroom. Staff accommodated luggage storage for three weeks.

The location of this hotel is amazing - just around the corner from downtown and within walking distance of lots of great places. The service and staff are excellent, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The rooms, although a little worn out, are cute and cozy. The breakfast is pretty good too, with eggs available after 8am.

We stayed at a great hostel in Punta Arenas that was just a short walk from the bus terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though we didn't speak the same language. The room was comfortable for our one-night stay and had a fantastic shower. In the lobby and breakfast area, the walls were adorned with beautiful artwork depicting Patagonia, creating a charming atmosphere. The location was perfect, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. it was a pleasant experience and we appreciated the insider tips from the host.

Also, there are several restaurants in close proximity, providing a variety of dining options. Additionally, the city center is less than a 10-minute walk away, allowing guests to easily explore and enjoy the local attractions.

great stay in punta arenas, hostal ventisqueros was a gem! central location, helpful staff, tasty breakfast. enjoyed exploring the cemetery and beautiful sunset over the strait of magellan. sunday was quiet but found a fun lunch spot. exceeded expectations for a 1-day stay.

The location is perfect, as it is super close to the Bus Sur terminal and less than a 10-minute walk to the city centre. The staff provides excellent service and is very friendly. The rooms on the ground floor have good lighting, making them bright and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast includes eggs cooked to order each morning, which is a nice touch.

We had an exceptional stay at Hostal Ventisqueros. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even arranging a pick up from the airport when we arrived late at night. The breakfast was delicious and they were so helpful in recommending things to do in the area. The showers in our room were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at a nice little place called Hostal Ventisqueros. The staff there were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when I needed a taxi to the airport. The location was also great, just a short walk from the Bus-Sur terminal and close to the water. The room was clean and updated, and the breakfast was delicious with a nice seating area. a lovely experience!
