The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with excellent tips for our bike trip around the lake. They even went out of their way to assist us when one of our bikes broke down. the setting of the lodge was peaceful and charming, with a beautiful yard and stunning views of the volcano.

The location of the lodge was a bit far from the town center, which made it inconvenient for finding food or dining options without transportation.

We had a delightful stay at this friendly lodge run by Chilean/Swiss owners. The rooms were basic, but the wood burning stove added a cozy touch. Dinner at the long table with other interesting guests was a highlight, and the food was delicious. The rural and quiet setting made for a peaceful stay. The breakfast was excellent and the shared facilities were comfortable. The beautiful room was clean, and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio in the lovely gardens.

Had a fantastic time during my Christmas stay at this beautiful countryside lodge! The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms, although basic, had a charming wood burning stove that kept me warm during the chilly nights. The highlight of my stay was the delicious dinner served at the long table, where I got to meet and interact with other interesting guests. The rural and quiet setting provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.

The only downside was the inconsistent water temperature in the shower, as it would occasionally go from hot to cold unexpectedly. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the overall enjoyable experience.
