Felt cozy, no complaints.

This cozy and cute hotel in a jaw-dropping neighborhood blew my mind! The clean rooms and excellent wifi made our stay unforgettable. The location near attractions and tasty breakfast were icing on the cake.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and close to several attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a pleasant weekend getaway. the breakfast provided was simple but sufficient, giving me a good start to my day.

While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the walls were a bit thin, making it somewhat noisy at times. The lack of an elevator was also a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying heavy luggage.

Location, location, location! This hotel is situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by jaw-dropping restaurants and mind-blowing attractions. And yet, the street is super quiet, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with all the essentials like a flat-screen TV and excellent Wi-Fi. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing amazing service. They offer luggage storage and a paid airport shuttle, making travel a breeze. Plus, there's a spa & wellness centre for ultimate relaxation. And one more thing, no pets allowed and no smoking on-site. Superb stay!

Amazing location, friendly and accommodating staff! Tony at reception went above and beyond to assist with taxi bookings and even personally checked on us when our ride arrived early. the hotel itself is cozy and cute, situated in a lovely neighborhood. the rooms were clean and had all the essentials. a highly recommended stay at Lucia Agustina Hotel Boutique.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here.

No ventilation, no fan in room.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is right across the street from the beautiful Santa Lucia hill and a lovely park. it is only two blocks away from a grocery store and within walking distance to the popular Lastarria restaurant area. The rooms are simple, but all the essentials are provided and they are clean.

The bathroom facilities could be improved. According to some reviews, the bathrooms were not cleaned regularly and the floors and baths were never washed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all the essentials I needed. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional noise from the street and a broken towel bracket, overall I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Santiago.

The staff were friendly and even offered a discount for volunteers. The only downside was the noise from the rooftop terrace one night. I would recommend this hotel.
