The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, and we loved having a small private yard. The location was perfect, close enough to the city center but not too crowded. The highlight of our stay was definitely the friendly and accommodating staff, who even allowed us to check in early and provided breakfast upon our arrival. The lounge was comfortable and the music was great. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience in Panguipulli!

This budget hotel is a true hidden gem for budget travellers. The location is ideal, as it is right next to the highway that takes you to the breathtaking lakes. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, with some even offering a private yard. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The modern design and comfortable beds in the rooms, as well as the great bathroom facilities, ensure a pleasant and restful stay.

The parking can be a bit tight for larger vehicles.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Panguipulli! The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, and I loved having my own little patio to relax on. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early and providing breakfast upon arrival. The location was perfect, close enough to the city center but not too crowded. And the value for money was excellent!

The only thing I would say is that parking was a bit tight, but manageable with a smaller car.

Great location close to the main street and easy access to the highway. the staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms are cozy with comfortable beds and some have a private patio. the hotel is great for a short city break.

Breakfast is not great, with very limited options and no non-dairy milk alternatives. the shampoo container looks tacky and not in line with the cozy vibe of the hotel.
