I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was perfect to prep for my trip into the park, with easy access to EVERYTHING from outside. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was lovely with a variety of options. The facilities were great, especially the luggage storage for hiking gear. Plus, the view from the hotel was breathtaking.

The WiFi could be a bit stronger in the living room area.

This hotel in the center of Puerto Natales is a gem for travelers on a hike in Patagonia's national parks. The staff at this hotel is incredibly helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to accommodate late arrivals and early departures. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with great water pressure in the shower. Additionally, the location is very close to the center, making it convenient to find a grocery, banks, and restaurants nearby. The breakfast offers a nice selection of fresh hand-made pastries, perfect to start the day.

Great atmosphere, warm and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and convenient location. the rooms were cozy and well-maintained, the staff was always smiling and welcoming, and the breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. I loved the unique decor throughout the hotel and the affordable price for the quality of the stay. Plus, the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay at this hotel, including the loud noise from other guests in the hallways at night and the lack of certain amenities in the room. the wifi was a bit spotty at times.
