Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located, just a short taxi ride or leisurely walk from the city center.

During our stay at Best Western Patagonia, my friend and I were amazed by the breathtaking views from our room. The hotel's location provided us with stunning vistas of the surrounding scenery that we will never forget. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful and comfortable, ensuring that we felt relaxed throughout our visit. We also appreciated the option to store our luggage for more than 14 hours, allowing us to explore without any burdens. And to top it off, the delicious breakfast served every morning was a great way to start our day.

The hotel is well, maintained and very clean, with a modern and pleasant decor. the rooms offer fantastic views, and there are comfortable lounge areas on each level for relaxing with a book. Plus, the breakfast service is great with plenty of options to choose from.

The Wi, Fi can be spotty at times, and there was no heat in our room initially. Additionally, we were not informed in advance that we needed to schedule the use of the hot tub.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the stunning views of the mountains and water from both my room and the common areas. the hotel's location, although a bit outside of the town, provided a peaceful and picturesque setting. Additionally, the rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

On the downside, the service at the reception desk, especially in the evening, left much to be desired. Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome or information provided, and when we encountered issues with the shower, the staff didn't seem very apologetic.
