The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. From the balcony, I had a breathtaking view of the city both day and night. The door buzzer was not loud enough, leading to a stressful experience when we almost got locked out one night. the recent tremor we experienced was quite scary, and although the staff tried to calm our nerves, it was not something we had expected during our city trip.
