Rooms were spacious with mountain views. Free valet parking. Helpful multilingual staff, especially the English-speaking girl from Honduras. Good breakfast and BBQ buffet. On-site restaurants and shopping mall.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was in close proximity to the mall and attractions nearby. the receptionist was friendly and answered our questions. we enjoyed the BBQ buffet that was decent.

The air conditioning in our room was out of order, and the staff's solution was for us to open the window despite the noise level outside, which caused us discomfort. the breakfast was underwhelming, and the coffee was cold.
