The room we stayed in at Hotel Cumbres was incredibly spacious, with a huge bed and a large bathroom featuring dual wash basins. We were also delighted to have both an indoor and outdoor shower. The comfort of the beds and the outdoor shower were highlights of our stay. Additionally, the resort had beautiful gardens and a BBQ evening on Saturday night, which was a lovely touch. The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful, adding to a positive overall experience. The extensive breakfast buffet was another standout, providing plenty of options to start the day.

The hotel is located in a stunning setting, surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of the Atacama Desert. Guests can enjoy views of the desert from their room terraces, providing a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The large and well-lit rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms, including an open-air shower area. Additionally, the friendly and attentive staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The hotel's facilities were great! the pools were fantastic and the restaurant was amazing. We had a variety of choices and all of them were delicious. the free bike rental was also a bonus. It was quite easy to get around and explore the surrounding area, which was absolutely beautiful. We also appreciated the shuttle service that was available.

The hotel's organization was not great and some of the services were not properly managed. the room was also quite dusty, which made it uncomfortable.

This venue offered an exclusive experience with luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the garden area with an outdoor swimming pool was a paradise. the Spa Centre was just what we needed after a day of touring. We also enjoyed the bar and lounge area, where we tasted the best cocktails we have had in a while. This hotel met all our expectations and beyond.

Despite this, the venue provided us with alternative options to relax.
