Beautiful hotel with great views, friendly staff, and excellent restaurant. Upgraded to a superb Junior Suite with harbor views. Close to the center with parking. Large, well-furnished room with excellent facilities. Reasonably priced restaurant. Good location with helpful staff who spoke English. Nice spa with free use of sauna, hot tub, steam room, and pool. Attractive lounge areas. Loved the view from the dining room. Breakfast buffet was good.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Castro. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the main sites. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms had a great view of the harbor, which was very pleasant to wake up to. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, with a variety of local products to choose from.

All was in order, nothing to complain about.

The room we initially stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the location of the hotel was very convenient. The staff was also helpful and accommodating when we needed to change rooms. Despite the initial inconvenience, we were able to enjoy our stay.

The architecture of the hotel was very nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was great, very close to the central square and many restaurants and shops. the WiFi worked well.

The worst aspect was that the pool was closed, and we were not informed until we arrived. We had planned to spend the afternoon at the pool, and this ruined our plans.

Great sea view, close to town plaza & restaurants. Spa facilities helped with cold weather in July. Impressive breakfast with generous spreads of morning goodies, especially the A++ fruit salads. Comfortable room, warm and inviting interior. Friendly staff and convenient location.

The exterior of the property could use some improvement to enhance its overall appeal.
