We found a cozy little hotel near the lake, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The rooms were clean, with crisp sheets and comfortable beds. The location was ideal, just a block away from the shore of Lake Llanquihue, with easy access to many restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with strong coffee to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing helpful suggestions and ensuring we had everything we needed.

The steep stairway to the second floor could be challenging, especially if you have heavy luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at a cost-effective and well-located hotel. The rooms were super clean with comfy beds and crisp sheets, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Paula, made me feel welcome. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with strong coffee to start the day. The hotel's quiet location, just a street back from the lake, was perfect for relaxation. The good WiFi allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay.

Although there was no fridge in the room, Paula kindly offered to store my medicines in their kitchen fridge.

The hotel was in a superb location that was easily accessible to key city sites and attractions. the breakfast offered was fantastic and plentiful. As for the rooms, they were clean and had free internet access, making it easy to stay connected with the outside world.

The hotel wasn't perfect. the biggest issue was the lack of heating in the rooms which made it quite chilly.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - just a block from the shore of Lake Llanquihue and within easy walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and spoke some English, which was a nice surprise. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with snowy pictures on all the channels. Plus, the breakfast included in the rate was absolutely delicious!

All was great, no improvements needed.
