The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The individually prepared breakfast was a great touch. The bed was comfortable and the little balcony added some sunlight. The location was perfect, close to trendy bars and restaurants, as well as the subway and museum. Overall an excellent experience.

The room we stayed in felt a bit worn down and could use some updating. the carpet was worn and the noise from the street could be heard easily.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic overlooking a beautiful park, with plenty of amazing bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area. It was so convenient to stroll to downtown and there were great spots to eat in Barrio Lastarria Bellas Artes. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which was a perfect place to relax in the afternoon.
