I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning glacier in the background. Being in such a remote area added to the charm and tranquility of the place. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with attentive housekeeping and helpful staff. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The heating in the room was much appreciated after a long day of hiking. The dining options were also excellent, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The breakfast spread was delicious and there was a snack bar for lighter meals. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

During my stay here, I had an incredible view from my room. While initially, I thought it wouldn't be great staring at a dead tree, it turned out to be one of the best things about my stay. Here, I was able to see some remarkable birds, such as woodpeckers and a Caracara hawk. The staff was great, especially the front desk and tour staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. Additionally, I appreciated the on-site car park that made traveling easier.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Pricey boat trip, not worth it.

We stayed in a block attached to the main building with a terrific lake view. The lodge was in a remote area, surrounded by majestic mountains towering over the ice-berg filled lake, which was breathtaking. We enjoyed a filling breakfast in the restaurant, and the service was great. The room was very clean and quiet, and everything worked perfectly. Additionally, there were good facilities like a lounge and dining room with stunning views.

One negative point was that there was no in-house shop to buy snacks like chocolate, biscuits, or nibbles for a remote area where there were no other options available.

The view from our superior room was simply breathtaking. The spacious and clean accommodation featured a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. The highlight was the floor-to-ceiling window, offering an incredible panorama.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Grey in my favorite place in the world. The view of Paine Grande and Glacier Grey from the bar and restaurant was stunning. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. I also loved the free drink upon arrival. The room was nice and clean, and I especially enjoyed the heated bathroom floor on chilly mornings. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the proximity to the catamaran cruise and mountain views was a huge plus.

Great location with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The reception, bar, and restaurant areas were well done and inviting. The breakfast was good, and the salads with three ingredients were excellent. The gentleman at the reception provided a great service and spoke very good English.

The ensuite bathrooms are in need of updating. The showers had low water pressure and were often cold.

The gravel roads made it difficult to access the reception and rooms, having to drag luggage along the gravel road and boardwalk was inconvenient. The tours offered by the hotel were ridiculously overpriced.
