I recently stayed at a hotel in Puerto Natales that exceeded my expectations. the location was superb, situated right in the center of town and conveniently close to both the ocean and the ferry terminal. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the area and catch my transportation without any hassle. Secondly, the hotel staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They always went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met and that I felt comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were impressive, offering good facilities and being regularly cleaned. The attention to detail was evident, making my stay very enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided a variety of options that catered to different preferences, including healthier choices beyond the usual fare.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, with no significant improvements necessary.

The rooms can be noisy due to their adjacency to the staircase, causing disturbances early in the morning.

We loved the friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort and needs were met. the hotel's location was fantastic, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to all of the nearby attractions. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the excellent service provided by the staff.

The only downside we experienced was the somewhat dated appearance of the hotel. While the rooms were well-kept, the exterior of the building could use some renovation.
