The rooms at this hotel were very modern, with great lighting and a Samsung Smart TV that offered a lot of entertainment options. the breakfast was also very good with a variety of options to choose from. the staff at reception and in the breakfast salon were quite friendly and attentive to our needs.

The payment process was difficult and we had a hard time finding a way to pay without the physical credit card. Finally, there were various room issues such as unpleasant smells and noisy environments that made it difficult to relax.

The young ladies at the front desk were wonderful, accommodating my wife's wheelchair and helping with our luggage. They offered free bikes and e-bikes for exploring the city. The breakfast served every day was very nice. The hotel also provides free underground car parking.

Felt very lucky, no complaints at all.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location is absolutely fantastic, with the Sky Costanera and metro station just a short walk away. The staff here is really friendly, which is not something you come across often in this country. And let's not forget about the breathtaking view of the Andes from the 12th floor. It's truly something special.

This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
