We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location in the beautiful park, with a breathtaking view of the volcano, was just amazing. We loved the fact that we could explore the surroundings using the free bicycles provided by the hotel. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including a comfy sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. The staff was truly exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. we were impressed by the excellent service and the lovely leisure facilities including the outdoor swimming pool.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. It offers a great location in a beautiful park with stunning views of the volcano.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Pucon with beautiful gardens and a large pool. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our meals at the hotel. The ensuite shower area was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Despite being a bit outside of town, the hotel provided a peaceful and quiet setting. we would definitely recommend this hotel for its lovely atmosphere and great amenities.

Spent New Year's at an incredible oasis just outside Pucon. Loved the spacious and spotlessly clean rooms with stunning views of the volcano and gorgeous gardens. the staff was friendly and helpful, ready to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Great breakfast and delicious food in the hotel restaurant. the bikes were a nice touch, and electric scooters were available for rent.

The lighting in the room was a little dim, but nothing too bad. the hotel's location makes it necessary to take a short drive into town, but it's worth it for the peaceful and serene atmosphere.
